Running/gym
Running has become a really great part of my life. I'm not the best at it, but it makes me feel productive, and it sets up my day. When I run, I feel more motivated to do stuff. I definitely do prefer weight training, but doing both is the perfect balance. The only thing I feel guilty about is not mentally challenging myself enough. Like not reading enough, not learning something new, idk, just like making myself smarter. I've also been wanting to develop more of a routine for myself. Getting up early, having a good skincare routine, working out, just having like a ritual I stick with. What kinda schedule do you stick to? Lemme know...catch ya later
